Rami Cassis is founder and managing partner of Parabellum, the fund GP that owns ieDigital and Parseq, and is a non-executive director on both boards. Prior to founding Parabellum, Rami was the CEO and founder of Parseq. Under his leadership, Parseq was awarded numerous accolades by Fast Track, including Profit Track 100, Buyout Track 100 and Technology Track 100.
Pieter is a non-executive director of ieDigital and, along with Jamie Szpiro, is a co-founder of Cadence Equity Partners, which is focused on investing in UK growth companies in the applied technology sector.

Chief Executive Officer
Jerry Young joined ieDigital as CEO at the end of 2017, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services and software sectors.
Head of Delivery
Aris heads up our Delivery team at ieDigital and has been with us since 2007 having managed a number of our very interesting deliveries to our clients over the years including the Barclaycard partnerships programme and the O2 mobile wallet to name but a couple. Aris has 25 years of experience in delivering financial services software solutions for consumer finance and payments initially as a software engineer, through to analysis and project management in Greece, the Balkans and Eastern Europe and since joining us in 2007 in the UK.
Chief Technology Officer
Clayton is responsible for the ongoing development of our software products and delivery excellence of our service operations. He leads our Software Architecture and Service Operations teams, closing the DevOps loop to ensure ieDigital delivers high-performance technology solutions to our clients.
Clayton has over 30 years’ experience in software development and consulting, where he has led technical teams in designing and delivering solutions for the financial services and telecommunications sectors.
