For the 2022 Digital Mutual at the Building Societies Annual Conference on Thursday 5 May, the focus is on how digital services and Open Banking is shaping the customer journey and mortgage lending. Experts will also be sharing their expertise on using digital to help engage with vulnerable customers, how boards can turn data into information for their regulatory reporting and the current cybersecurity threat landscape and how we can all better protect ourselves.

Other events

The Law Society is the governing body for Solicitors in England and Wales.  Its headquarters are located in Chancery Lane, London.  This image depicts golden gilded lions adorning the tops of iron railings.  They were designed by Alfred Stevens and are identical to those guarding the Duke of Wellington’s tomb in St Paul’s Cathedral. According to the Society’s official history, they were ‘rescued from the British Museum’ in an early exercise in recycling.  The act as guardians for this ancient institution.
