LONDON, 29 MAY 2019 – ieDigital was today shortlisted in three categories at the 4th Annual Car Finance Awards 2019. The categories are ‘Best Direct Consumer Proposition’, ‘Best Technology Partner – Customer Experience’ and ‘Best Use of Technology – Origination and Onboarding’. The winners will be announced on 20 June at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel in Nottingham.
The Car Finance Awards, organised by Credit Strategy, is open to any individual or company within the credit industry. The awards recognise and reward global firms, such as manufacturers, lenders and dealers.
Best Direct Consumer Proposition – The winning entry will show how a business has moved ahead of the curve to either support or provide finance sales through the online channel. Judges look for a modern, innovative mechanism for supporting or providing finance sales online that benefits consumers through entering the finance sales process online. Nominees should also show evidence of improved KPIs and business growth as a result of online offerings.
Best Technology Partner-Customer Experience – The winning entry will highlight how a company’s technology offering – defined as any software, system, technology service or process innovation – has created a demonstrable commercial advantage for a car finance provider, either directly or indirectly.
Best Use of Technology-Origination and Onboarding – The winning entry will highlight how a piece of technology – defined as any software, system, technology service or process innovation – has created a demonstrable commercial advantage for a car finance provider, either directly or indirectly. This technology may have been developed in house, or by a third party provider.
