Intelligent Environments was assessed by NQA in February, successfully completing the second and final stage of ISO 9001:2015, the latest version of the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS).

QMS – recognising quality globally

ISO 9001 is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with over 1.1 million certificates issued to organisations in 178 countries.

ieDigital successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 means that it has become one of the first software companies to be certified against the latest ISO quality standard.

The NQA auditor was particularly impressed by Intelligent Environments’ approach to quality across all areas of its business.

A commitment to delivering and developing the best banking software

David Webber, managing director, commented “Our ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates the commitment of everyone in our business to deliver the highest quality products and services to our clients possible. It is an extremely important landmark in the company’s drive for continuous improvement in its software development and service delivery businesses.”
