The household credit conference is one of the biggest gatherings of water, energy and telco credit heads. It was attended by over 150 heads of collections, customer service and credit, and is regarded as one of the best opportunities to expand your network and gain insight into the latest thinking.
There were different sessions throughout the day, covering a range of topics under the following categories:
- credit, billing and collections strategy
- customer service
- customer motivation.
A team from ieDigital attended the event and hosted a stand. Our very own Randy McFarlane, head of sales and partnerships, was on the panel discussing the topic of ‘Forming the Customer Contact Strategy’.
