ieDigital (formerly Intelligent Environments) has been recognised in a recent report, The Forrester Wave: Digital Banking Engagement Platforms, Q3 2017 – Eleven off-the-shelf solutions point to the future of digital banking.
ieDigital was among a group of select vendors that Forrester invited to participate in the report. Forrester described ieDigital as one of the “most significant providers” which, with Interact, offers a “well-defined” digital banking software that supports corporate banking, private banking, “and excels in retail banking”.
The report stated that clients provided, “the most positive feedback on the quality of the Interact software and on how [ieDigital] defines, refines and communicates its product roadmap”. They went on to praise their “extremely proactive and impressively professional” team.
Fully back-office system-agnostic
ieDigital is one of only a handful of vendors to feature in the Forrester Wave that can be described as back-office system-agnostic. While Interact, ieDigital’s digital banking platform, is designed to interface with any back-office or enterprise service bus (ESB), the other vendors sell their products fully bundled with their own back-office offering.
