LONDON, 23 November 2017 – ieDigital (formerly Intelligent Environments), international provider of financial services technology and banking software, has been named as the ‘Best Collections Technology’ at Credit Strategy’s 2017 Collections and Customer Service Awards (CCS).
Using Interact Collect’s self-service digital collections portal, customers can manage their debt independently in a non-confrontational, convenient and less intrusive manner. The result for the collections agency is that it saves on operational costs by reducing the number and frequency of calls made to support staff, enabling resources to be redirected to other areas of the business.
Interact Collect is PCI DSS Level One and Fairbanking compliant.
This was the 11th annual CCS awards, recognising achievements of those within the collections and customer services industries. The awards, which were independently judged, took place at a black-tie dinner and ceremony on 22 November at The Midland Hotel in Manchester. The awards were held in conjunction with Credit Strategy’s Credit Debt Sale & Purchase Conference (CDSP).
