Intelligent Environments sponsored the 2017 Household Credit Conference, which was held at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel on Thursday, 5th October.

The household credit conference is one of the biggest gatherings of water, energy and telco credit heads. It was attended by over 150 heads of collections, customer service and credit and is one of the best opportunities of the to expand your network and gain insight into the latest thinking.

There were different sessions throughout the day covering a range of topics under the below categories:

  • Credit, billing and collections strategy
  • Customer Service
  • Customer Motivation

A team from Intelligent Environments attended on the day and hosted a stand. It was great to meet everyone that attended and came to say hello to us.

Our very own Randy McFarlane, Head of Sales and Partnerships, was on the panel discussing the topic of: ‘Forming the Customer Contact Strategy’.

A member of our team provided a live stream of social media on the day, so please follow @ieDigitalFS to see what we got up to.
